Welcome to PawStreet™. These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms of Service,” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the PawStreet website, online store, products, content, features, services, subscriptions, communications, and any other services made available by or on behalf of PawStreet (collectively, the “Services”). Throughout these Terms, the terms “PawStreet,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of PawStreet™ and the website located at pawstreets.store, and the terms “you,” “your,” “customer,” and “user” refer to any person who visits the website, accesses the Services, creates an account, purchases or attempts to purchase a product, enrolls in a subscription, submits content, or otherwise interacts with PawStreet. By accessing our website, purchasing a PawStreet product, creating an account, subscribing to recurring deliveries, submitting information, or otherwise using any portion of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies incorporated into these Terms by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services or purchase PawStreet products.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted, to make purchases through the Services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is true, current, complete, and accurate, that you are legally permitted to enter into the transaction, and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. You agree that you will not use PawStreet, our products, website, content, systems, checkout, accounts, or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with or compromise the operation, security, availability, integrity, or functionality of the website, transmit malicious software or code, scrape or extract data through unauthorized automated means, attempt to obtain unauthorized access to customer or business information, impersonate another person, submit false payment or shipping information, interfere with another customer's use of the Services, or otherwise use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

PawStreet makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information concerning our products, including product descriptions, photographs, packaging, ingredients, quantities, directions, recommended use, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping information, and other product-related materials. Nevertheless, information may occasionally contain typographical errors, omissions, inaccuracies, outdated information, technical errors, or differences caused by product or packaging updates. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and actual packaging, labeling, coloration, dimensions, printing, ingredient sourcing, or other non-material characteristics may vary from images displayed online. We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to correct errors, update information, change product packaging, modify product descriptions, discontinue products, modify pricing, modify promotions, update ingredients or suppliers where appropriate, and make other reasonable changes without prior notice. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

You are responsible for determining, together with your veterinarian where appropriate, whether a PawStreet product is appropriate for your dog. Always read the product label, ingredient information, warnings, directions, and serving instructions before use and follow those instructions. Contact a veterinarian before introducing a new product if your dog has a known health condition, takes prescription medication, has known food or ingredient allergies or sensitivities, is pregnant or nursing, is undergoing veterinary treatment, has previously experienced an adverse reaction to a food, supplement, dental-care product, or ingredient, or if you otherwise have questions regarding the suitability of the product for your animal. Discontinue use and contact a veterinarian if your dog experiences a concerning or unexpected reaction. PawStreet does not provide veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment, emergency veterinary services, or individualized medical advice. Information provided by customer support, website articles, product pages, advertisements, social media posts, reviews, testimonials, FAQs, emails, or other PawStreet communications is general informational content and should not be relied upon as professional veterinary advice.

Customer testimonials, ratings, photographs, reviews, social media posts, before-and-after descriptions, or other customer experiences appearing through the Services reflect the experiences or opinions of the individuals who submitted them, where applicable. Individual results vary, and a customer's experience should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, representation, or prediction that another customer's dog will experience identical results. PawStreet does not guarantee any specific improvement within a particular number of days, any particular reduction in visible buildup, any specific breath outcome, or any other individualized result unless expressly required by applicable law. Where endorsements, professional credentials, veterinarians, experts, or other professionals are referenced, such representations are intended to describe the relationship or qualifications stated and should not be understood as a guarantee of product performance or as individualized veterinary advice.

All prices displayed through PawStreet are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices, discounts, bundles, promotional offers, subscription prices, shipping promotions, coupon codes, free gifts, and other offers may change prospectively at any time. Promotional offers may be subject to expiration dates, quantity limits, geographic restrictions, customer eligibility requirements, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, and other conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and coupon codes may not be combined. PawStreet reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors before fulfilling an order. If a material pricing error is discovered after an order has been submitted, we may contact you to provide an opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order and refund any applicable payment. Taxes and other governmental charges may be collected where required by law.

Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order. We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory shortages, pricing errors, incorrect shipping information, payment authorization failure, technical errors, suspected commercial resale, unusually large quantities, abuse of promotions or satisfaction guarantees, or other reasonable business or legal considerations. If PawStreet cancels an order after payment has been collected and no product is provided, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method. Product availability is not guaranteed, and placement of an item in a cart does not reserve inventory.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize PawStreet and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount shown during checkout, including product charges, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other charges clearly disclosed before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. PawStreet does not necessarily directly store complete payment card information, and payment processing may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider. You are responsible for keeping account and payment information accurate and current.

Where PawStreet offers subscription purchases, enrolling in a subscription means that you are purchasing a recurring delivery program rather than a single one-time order. The price, delivery frequency, and material subscription terms applicable to your purchase will be disclosed when you enroll. By affirmatively enrolling in a subscription, you authorize PawStreet or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically for recurring orders at the frequency selected until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the subscription terms and applicable law. Recurring charges may include the product price, applicable taxes, and other charges disclosed at enrollment. Subscription customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment, billing, shipping, and contact information. Failed or expired payment methods may cause a subscription order to be delayed, retried, suspended, or canceled.

You may cancel, pause, skip, or otherwise manage a subscription using the functionality made available through the customer account or subscription-management system where those options are provided, or by contacting PawStreet Support at supportpawstreet@gmail.com. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next recurring order enters processing. An order that has already been billed, processed, packed, transferred to fulfillment, or shipped may not be capable of cancellation, although other rights under our Shipping & Returns Policy may still apply. Cancellation of a subscription prevents future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective; it does not necessarily reverse a charge for an order that has already been processed. Any additional legally required renewal notifications, cancellation mechanisms, acknowledgments, or disclosures will be provided where applicable.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Orders may be subject to processing time before shipment. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, transportation interruptions, regional events, labor disruptions, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside PawStreet's reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. PawStreet is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, although we may attempt to assist where reasonably possible. Tracking information may take time to update after shipment. Additional shipping, replacement, refund, damaged-package, incorrect-order, missing-order, and satisfaction-guarantee rules are governed by PawStreet's Shipping & Returns Policy as in effect at the time applicable to the order.

If PawStreet advertises or provides a satisfaction guarantee, money-back guarantee, replacement policy, return program, or similar customer assurance, eligibility is subject to the terms of the applicable policy. We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to deny or limit claims reasonably determined to involve fraud, repeated abuse, excessive claims, materially false information, unauthorized resale, manipulation of promotions, or other misuse. Nothing in this provision limits rights that applicable law requires us to provide.

All content made available through PawStreet, including without limitation the PawStreet name, PawStreet™ logo, product names, packaging artwork, product photographs, illustrations, graphics, advertisements, slogans, text, website copy, page layouts, videos, animations, icons, designs, code, trademarks, trade dress, branding, educational materials, and other content, is owned by PawStreet, licensed to PawStreet, or otherwise used with authorization and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, no PawStreet content may be reproduced, copied, modified, republished, distributed, displayed, sold, licensed, commercially exploited, reverse engineered, or used to create derivative commercial materials. You may use the website for ordinary personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.

If you submit or provide PawStreet with a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, suggestion, message, social media content, survey response, product feedback, or other user-generated material, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that doing so does not infringe another person's rights, disclose confidential information without authorization, violate law, or contain knowingly false or misleading information. Where you grant us permission to use such content, including through a review platform, social-media interaction, submission form, promotion, or other permission mechanism, PawStreet may use the content consistent with the scope of the permission granted and applicable law. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, obscene, deceptive, unrelated, spam, or otherwise inappropriate, subject to applicable law. PawStreet does not guarantee that every customer review or submission will be published.

The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or functionality provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, subscription providers, analytics companies, social networks, review providers, advertising platforms, email providers, and other technology partners. Third-party services are not necessarily controlled by PawStreet and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, security practices, and service limitations. PawStreet is not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. A link to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of every product, statement, practice, or policy offered by that third party.

Important animal health and FDA notice: PawStreet Dog Dental Powder is not an FDA-approved animal drug. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease. Statements on this website are intended to describe general product characteristics and support for routine canine oral care and should not be interpreted as veterinary medical advice. PawStreet products and information provided through the Services are intended for routine pet-care purposes and are not substitutes for examination, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed veterinarian. Statements regarding fresher breath, oral cleanliness, plaque or tartar support, gums, teeth, routine dental care, ingredients, or other characteristics should be understood within the context of routine canine oral care and not as representations that a PawStreet product will diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent periodontal disease, infection, dental disease, or any other medical condition. Individual animals differ, and results may vary substantially depending on age, breed, size, diet, genetics, dental condition, existing disease, medications, frequency and manner of use, overall health, veterinary care, and other circumstances. No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.

Your use of PawStreet may involve the collection and processing of personal information. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that internet-based transactions and communications inherently involve third-party networks, hosting providers, payment systems, carriers, and other service providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any PawStreet account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been compromised.

You agree not to misuse PawStreet or the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, committing or attempting fraud; submitting false chargebacks; purchasing products using stolen financial information; using automated systems to manipulate inventory or promotions; scraping the website without authorization; circumventing technological restrictions; uploading malicious software; interfering with servers or networks; harvesting customer information; impersonating PawStreet or another person; using PawStreet intellectual property to mislead customers; creating unauthorized replicas of PawStreet products or packaging; reselling counterfeit products; intentionally providing false information in connection with refund or replacement requests; and violating applicable federal, state, local, or international law.

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable website availability and accurate information, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. Temporary outages, software errors, maintenance, third-party service outages, inventory synchronization issues, payment-service interruptions, and other technical problems may occur. PawStreet may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of the Services where reasonably necessary, subject to any rights customers may have regarding previously completed purchases.

EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, PAWSTREET DOES NOT MAKE A GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT EVERY PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT FOR EVERY DOG, OR THAT INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL BE FREE OF EVERY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR TECHNICAL ERROR. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS MADE AT THE TIME OF SALE AND APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAWSTREET AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS US FROM EXCLUDING.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawStreet and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your intentional violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's intellectual-property or other rights, or content you submit where you lacked the legal right to submit it. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify PawStreet for PawStreet's own unlawful conduct or liability that applicable law places on PawStreet.

Neither party will necessarily be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, hurricanes, floods, fires, severe weather, epidemics, governmental actions, war, civil disturbances, transportation interruptions, widespread telecommunications failures, utility outages, carrier disruptions, labor disruptions, supplier failures, or similar events, provided that this provision does not eliminate rights that applicable consumer law requires.

PawStreet may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, products, business operations, legal requirements, or policies. When we materially revise these Terms, the revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date and any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided. Changes generally apply prospectively and will not retroactively eliminate rights that arose under legally binding terms applicable to a completed transaction. Your continued use of the Services following an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. PawStreet's failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later. Headings, if displayed, are provided for organizational convenience and do not limit the meaning of the underlying provisions. These Terms, together with the policies and transaction-specific disclosures incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and PawStreet concerning your use of the Services to the extent applicable. No oral statement by a customer-service representative modifies these Terms unless expressly authorized and confirmed in writing by PawStreet.

Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable federal, state, or local law. If any portion of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement applicable to you, the mandatory legal requirement will control to the extent of that conflict.

When contacting us about an existing order, please include the name and email address associated with your purchase and your order number when available. We may require reasonable information to verify your identity or order before discussing account-specific information.

By accessing the PawStreet website, creating an account, submitting an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
